About the Role
We’re hiring an Early Careers Recruiter based in Bogota, Colombia for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support university recruiting for internships and entry‑level hiring. This role will own campus partnerships, recruiting events, and early‑career pipelines while partnering with hiring teams across Colombia, LATAM, and global stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for early career roles (interns and entry‑level hires) during this 6‑month contract
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations across Colombia
- Plan and execute campus recruiting activities (career fairs, info sessions, virtual events,
and student outreach)
- Serve as an employer brand ambassador for early‑career talent
- Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
- Screen and assess candidates while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Track candidates and pipelines in the ATS; report on hiring progress and key recruiting metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in early careers or university recruiting
- Hands‑on experience working directly with students and campus partners
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a deadline‑driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter or similar)
- Fluent in Spanish, and English (spoken and written)
