We combine fully custom ad creative, an in-house dental-trained call center, and AI-powered tools being built specifically for this space — including a smile simulation SaaS and a call intelligence layer that doesn't exist anywhere else. This role puts you at the helm of how all of it grows.

About the Role

You're an experienced marketing operator whose hands-on wins in paid media, funnel building, and copywriting have already proven you can scale a direct-response agency past eight figures. Over your career you've done more than manage the machine, you've built it: run the ads, written the copy, architected the funnels,



and translated raw numbers into a growth story a founder could act on. You know that real strategy isn't a slide deck, it's a P&L;, a ROAS curve, and a team that trusts you enough to move fast on your call.

At The Implant Engine, you'll take everything you've learned scaling your own shop, or someone else's, and point it at a category we're building from scratch: full-arch dental implant marketing. Paid media, an in-house dental-trained call center, AI-powered products including a smile simulation SaaS and a proprietary call intelligence layer, a podcast, and a content engine, all under one roof, all needing one clear marketing vision.

You'll report directly to Chelsea Morrisey, our CEO and one of the most effective direct-response marketers in the US. She's the visionary for the company. You'll be the visionary for marketing, turning her direction into a department that delivers, and holding every person in it accountable to the growth that vision demands
