About Us

Essential Essentials is a growing U.S.-based e-commerce company selling wholesale products through Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, eBay, and other online marketplaces.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Bilingual E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support our daily supplier and administrative operations.

Location

This position is open only to applicants currently residing in Latin America.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking suppliers by email and phone.
- Follow up on wholesale applications, price lists, catalogs, purchase orders, invoices, and shipments.
- Complete supplier forms and organize company documents.
- Track open requests and follow up without repeated reminders.
- Update Google Sheets and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, eBay, and other marketplace tasks.
- Provide clear daily updates to the Operations Manager.
- Immediately report delays, unanswered requests, or other problems.
- Complete additional administrative and e-commerce tasks as assigned.

Requirements




- Fluent or near-native Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking professionally with suppliers over the phone.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, and online research.
- Previous e-commerce, wholesale, supplier coordination, purchasing, or administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience with Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, or eBay is a plus.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and quiet working environment.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 40-50 hours per week
- Must be available starting at 9:00 AM U.S. Central Time
- Must attend regular meetings and maintain daily overlap with our Operations Manager.
- Working hours must be recorded using the company’s approved time-tracking software.
