Role Overview
As a Smart Store Installation Support Specialist, you will remotely guide third-party technicians and customers through the installation and activation of Smart Stores. You will manage multiple installation processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure store systems are fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Technical Support:
- Act as the primary contact during installations, guiding technicians and customers via chat, phone, or video.
- Provide real-time assistance and system validation throughout the setup.
Connectivity & Setup:
- Use proprietary tools to test and recommend optimal SIM networks.
- Support router connections and Wi-Fi integration.
Technical Expertise:
- Develop deep knowledge of hardware, electrical, and software aspects of the product.
- Guide customers through system checks and ensure successful setup.
Store Activation:
- Execute and validate software updates.
- Configure customer system parameters and run performance tests.
- Perform final validations (e.g., sensor checks, transaction tests).
Troubleshooting & Escalations:
- Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Escalate claims for damaged or missing components.
Qualifications
- Experience in remote technical or installation support.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiar with networking basics (e.g., Wi-Fi setup, connectivity testing).
- Comfortable with basic computer setups (e.g., monitors, USB devices).
- Understanding of simple scripting or variable modification
