What You Can Expect

The LATAM Benefits & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for administering and coordinating manual HR processes across multiple Latin American countries, with a strong focus on employee benefits, leave administration, payroll inputs, vendor coordination, reconciliations,



and compliance-sensitive transactions. This role supports country-specific programs in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil and Chile, ensuring accurate execution, documentation, validation, and timely communication with employees, payroll, brokers, and external vendors. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance, financial accuracy, and a positive employee experience through effective administration of complex multi-country HR programs.

How You'll Create Impact
- Coordinates and administers manual HR and employee benefits and processes across LATAM countries, including insurance plans and programs, changes, terminations, and employee updates.
- Prepares, validates, and maintains Excel-based files, trackers, forms, and country-specific templates for recurring HR operations.
