Role Description
This is a full-time Recruiter role based in the Medellín Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with client companies to understand role requirements.



Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment systems, and ensuring a positive experience for applicants throughout the process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, providing regular hiring updates to clients, and supporting initiatives that improve recruitment efficiency and quality. The Recruiter is expected to build strong relationships with candidates and clients while upholding SOSA BPO’s values of professionalism, integrity, and human-centered service.

Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and clients.
