to join our remote team in Colombia. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various logistics and supply chain roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for logistics positions, from sourcing to offer.
- Utilize diverse recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of logistics professionals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on logistics or supply chain roles.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and common roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Based in Colombia with a stable home office setup.
