Role: Logistics Solutions Specialist

What you'll do

• Source and secure carriers for assigned loads

• Negotiate rates and build carrier relationships

• Manage tracking, appointments, and load execution

• Work with load boards and TMS

What we're looking for

• Experience in US Truckload: Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed

• Carrier sourcing and experience negotiating rates

• Familiarity with load boards and TMS

• Strong English and communication skills

• Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$2,300,000 COP base + $100,000 internet allowance + commissions in USD

No customer prospecting. Your Team Lead provides the loads. You focus on covering them and performing.

Real commissions earned by our team: $100–$1,500 USD/month,



based on individual performance and eligibility requirements.

About NearHands:

We are a company that provides Nearshoring services, which means your work will be exclusively dedicated to a foreign company through our organization.

Conditions:

- Permanent employment contract with all legal benefits. (Contrato a termino indefinido)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays and Sundays are off (schedule varies according to USA)
- Colombian public holidays are worked and paid with the corresponding legal surcharge.
- Salary paid in COP with bi-weekly payments.
- Remote work from home, with the option to go to the office if you prefer at any time.
- We provide you with the necessary equipment to work in case you don't have it.
