About the client: Our client is a digital marketing

agency specializing in helping dental clinics grow through
comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into

lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. About the role: We

are seeking a motivated, self-driven Client Success Manager for our
client. The adecuado candidate should have a proven track record in
managing client relationships, developing effective growth
strategies, and coordinating client interests across various
channels. This role calls for a friendly, approachable professional
with a standout personality that clients find easy to connect with.
Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital
marketing concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams are essential. They should be a problem
solver and able to navigate challenges proactively. Experience in a
digital marketing agency is preferred. What you’ll be doing: Client
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned
clients, leading status calls and keeping CRM records current
across teams. Client Retention: Field client questions and
requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed to drive
long-term satisfaction. Project Management: Keep projects on track

internally and externally—managing timelines, priorities,



deliverables, and feedback. Campaign Reporting: Own monthly

reporting (email + calls), translating SEO, PPC, social, and
call-tracking KPIs into clear insights using our BI dashboards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all client work is on-brand, accurate, and polished before it goes out. Marketing Strategy: Spot growth
opportunities for clients, shape strategy with sales reps, and
confidently present recommendations. Who are we looking for? 4+
years of experience as an Account Manager or in a related field.
Fluent in English, oral and written. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
with clients. Excellent organizational and time management
abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong project
management skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues proactively.
Proficiency in CRMs, project management, and industry-standard
tools and software. Experience in digital marketing agencies is
preferred. Foundational digital marketing knowledge is preferred.
