Why Keyrus, Why Now!

Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.

AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills - you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every system you architect, every client challenge you solve, every deployment that compounds on the last.

Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision-making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.

Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.

? What You'll Architect

We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Transformation team. This role is based in Colombia and fully dedicated to supporting recruitment across Canada and the United States — you will be the daily bridge between Keyrus's LATAM talent engine and our North American hiring managers and candidates. You will architect the talent pipeline behind Keyrus's Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics practices, bringing autonomy, market fluency, and genuine care for candidate experience to every step of the process.

You Will

- Actively source Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics talent through different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and networking), aligned with ongoing and upcoming project needs across Canada and the US
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV review, pre-screening calls, technical and cultural-fit interviews, and coordination with North American hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to enable proactive recruitment for future project demands, reducing time-to-hire and improving candidate experience
- Develop a solid understanding of the Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics market, including key roles, skills, seniority levels, and technology trends relevant to consulting environments
- Conduct market and competitor analysis related to hiring conditions, compensation ranges, benefits, contract models, and talent availability in the Canadian and US markets to support informed recruitment decisions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders across North America to understand project requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition across recruitment channels and candidate interactions

- Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint
- Support recruitment reporting and tracking (pipelines, hiring metrics, sourcing effectiveness) to continuously improve processes
- Stay up to date with best practices and trends in Data, AI, and technology recruitment, talent acquisition, and consulting-driven hiring models
- Take an active role in promoting and strengthening our organizational culture by bringing fresh ideas, supporting internal initiatives, and helping execute actions that enhance candidate and employee engagement across North America

? Who You Are

- You see recruitment as the ability to build long-term talent partnerships, not just fill open roles
- You naturally connect candidate potential with the technical and cultural needs of North American hiring teams
- You are comfortable engaging hiring managers, facilitating interview processes, and influencing hiring decisions across time zones
- You thrive in fast-paced, consultative environments where autonomy, curiosity, and cross-cultural communication create real advantage
- You balance sourcing efficiency with a genuine interest in understanding each candidate's motivations and long-term fit
- You enjoy partnering closely with technical teams to understand what truly makes a strong Data, AI, or Cloud profile
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively build pipelines ahead of need, rather than reacting to open requisitions

?️ What You Bring

Qualifications / Certifications

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within IT consulting companies or project-based environments, with proven ability to operate autonomously on complex, high-volume searches

Technical Skills

- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools
- Solid understanding of roles, profiles, and skill sets within Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics environments
- Knowledge of different hiring models and market conditions (contract types, compensation ranges, benefits) in the Canadian and US markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to lead interviews, negotiate, and communicate daily with candidates and stakeholders across Canada and the US
- Strong soft skills: effective communication (oral and written), teamwork, analytical problem-solving, pragmatism, and strong self-management skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail,

and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

⭐ Nice-to-haves

- Prior experience recruiting specifically for the North American market, including remote hiring and cross-cultural candidate management
- Familiarity with Generative AI or AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment tools

? What Makes You Successful

- Fluent, confident English communication, comfortable leading conversations with candidates and hiring managers across Canada and the US every day
- Curiosity, creativity, and an agile mindset to adapt to evolving hiring challenges
- Strong ownership and self-management, with the autonomy to run complex searches independently
- Genuine passion for candidate experience and employer branding
- Comfort navigating cross-cultural dynamics and North American market nuances

Role Details
