The opportunity: The team builds the next generation of ERP designed specifically for medical device manufacturers, pairing modern user experience with embedded AI to solve decades-old workflow challenges. This role exists to take ownership of complete vertical slices of the platform, transforming how complex industrial data is handled and experienced. Stepping into this position, the engineer will drive the architecture and design of products that make intricate enterprise processes feel effortless.

What you'll own
- Build the React interfaces and data services that power dense list views, configurable dashboards, and shop-floor workflows.




- Lead the transition of the platform architecture from Next.js and Vercel to a robust C# and AWS ecosystem.
- Define and execute customer data migration strategies from legacy systems into the platform.
- Ship AI-grounded retrieval and agentic workflows that integrate manufacturing, quality, and compliance data directly into the user experience.

What we're looking for - Must-haves:
- 7+ years building and shipping production web applications across the full stack.
- Agent-driven AI engineering practice utilizing Claude Cowork, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools with disciplined quality control.
- Deep experience with modern React, TypeScript, component architecture, state management, and Next.js.
- Strong eye for usability and interaction design in data-dense interfaces.
- Strong C# / .NET experience building and owning ASP.NET Core services and APIs.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, and scale.
