Coordinate ocean export and import shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives.Manage shipments from booking to delivery, including tracking and route optimization.Prepare and process shipping documents (BOL, AWB, invoices, EEI, etc.).Coordinate with customers, agents, vendors, and internal teams.Maintain shipment records, costing, quoting, and billing.Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020.Resolve operational and system‑related issues as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
