To assist the Associate Director/Managerand team with operational tasks. This is an excellent position for anindividual who wants to development their knowledge in trust or has workedwithin an internal finance role previously and has had experience working withaccounting packages delivering a high-quality output.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESPreparation and Review of daily operational tasks, such as invoices, credit notes, onboarding of new clients, and sales ledger related queries.Managing a busy inbox and allocating queries to the team accordingly.Liaise with Administration Teams to ensure and promote adherence to deadlines and delivery of billing processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA’).Review & Processing client entity closedown requests.Assist with month-end reporting tasks.Assist with ad-hoc projects/requests.Uphold the Group’s policies and standards,
