And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job Description Descripción de puesto As a DevOps Team Lead, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers responsible for the CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure that power our software delivery. You will balance hands‑on technical contribution with team leadership—coaching engineers, coordinating delivery, and partnering with development and operations teams to keep our platforms reliable, secure, and improving. You will report to the Engineering ManagerMain Responsibilities:Team Leadership & DeliveryLead, coach, and develop a team of DevOps engineers, setting clear goals, removing roadblocks, and encouraging a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.Coordinate the team's backlog and delivery commitments, ensuring you prioritize work, keep it on track, and align it with program goals.Support hiring, onboarding, and competency development to build a high‑performing team.CI/CD & GitOps OperationsLead the reliability and evolution of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (e.G., FluxCD), ensuring stable, automated, and reproducible deployments.Guide the use of GitOps best practices across teams and support migrations away from legacy tooling.Resolve complex configuration and deployment issues,
especially during critical cutover and release events.Cloud Infrastructure & AutomationOversee provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure‑as‑code (e.G., Terraform on Azure/AWS), enforcing consistency and security standards.Champion automation to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed and quality.Observability & Incident ManagementEnsure observability (logging, metrics, alerting) across the platform and lead the team's incident response and post‑incident review practices.Partner with development and product teams to embed reliability and operational readiness into the delivery lifecycle.Security & ComplianceUphold enterprise security and data governance policies across the DevOps toolchain and infrastructure.Support audits and compliance requirements for the systems the team operates.The Essentials — You Will HaveBachelor's DegreeAdvance EnglishThe Preferred — You Might Also HaveTypically requires 5+ years of DevOps/platform engineering experience, including prior team lead or technical leadership responsibility.Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling (e.G., GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) and GitOps frameworks (e.G., FluxCD, Argo CD).Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform) and a major cloud platform—Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Proficiency in scripting/automation (e.G., Python, Bash, and PowerShell).Experience with observability/monitoring tooling and incident management practices.Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
