About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to join a high-performing technology team in Lima. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building scalable SaaS and PaaS solutions, working across modern web applications, APIs, cloud technologies, and software architecture.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with software engineers, product managers, operations teams, and senior leadership, contributing not only to development but also to technical decisions, architecture, innovation, and continuous improvement.




This role is adecuado for a senior engineer who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable single-page applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Build and maintain Node.js APIs, services, and microservices using Express.
- Develop solutions supporting multi-tenant SaaS and PaaS platforms.
- Work with both modern applications and legacy backend systems, helping evolve the technology ecosystem.
- Translate business and stakeholder needs into effective, scalable software solutions.
- Contribute to application architecture and high-level technical design, communicating solutions clearly across technical and business teams.
- Evaluate new technologies and develop proofs of concept (POCs) to validate innovative solutions.
- Partner with engineers and technical teams to deliver applications that are:
