ESG Data Collection & Management
• Collect, consolidate, and manage large volumes of ESG-related data from a integral portfolio of country operations, vendors, and internal systems (e.g., spreadsheets, flat files, portals).
• Clean, normalize, and structure bulk datasets to ensure consistency, completeness, and audit readiness.
• Execute and validate data extractions from approved enterprise systems (e.g., fleet management systems, Snowflake views, ESG platforms), supporting the transition to centralized, query-based ESG data access rather than manual or ad hoc requests.
• Maintain and update the emissions factor library on an annual and recurring basis, including documentation of sources, assumptions, and methodology changes that underpin the corporate GHG inventory.
• Maintain clear documentation of data sources, assumptions, calculation logic, methodologies, and version control.
• Support uploads, updates, and data maintenance within ESG platforms such as Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, Workiva, or equivalent systems.

Data Quality, Controls & Escalation
• Perform timely ESG data quality checks, including completeness, accuracy, reasonableness, and consistency.
• Coordinate directly with country and functional data owners to resolve data gaps, anomalies, or inconsistencies.
• Escalate unresolved data risks, methodology questions, or timeline constraints under the coordination and direction of the Global Sustainability team.
• Maintain supporting documentation and evidence to enable audit trails, internal reviews, and third‑party assurance.
• Assist with preparation for internal audits, limited assurance engagements, and regulatory reviews related to ESG and climate disclosures.
Process Improvement & Automation Support
• Help standardize recurring ESG data collection processes, calendars, and templates to reduce manual effort and rework.
