Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager / Operations & Product Lifecycle Manager to support a growing entrepreneurial company in scaling its operations and product offerings. Working closely with the founder, you will take ownership of operational processes, product lifecycle tracking, and vendor coordination.

This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifies improvements, and confidently communicates with leadership and external stakeholders.

By maintaining operational systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business runs efficiently, maintaining quality, and supporting innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product lifecycle,



ensuring accurate tracking and documentation across all stages.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to support business growth and efficiency.
- Maintain and manage complex spreadsheets for tracking products, performance metrics, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with external vendors, managing deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to organize tasks, projects, and workflows.
- Support the founder by managing operational details and reducing administrative workload.
- Ensure quality control across processes, documentation, and deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve workflow efficiency and automation.
- Monitor operational performance and provide insights through data tracking and reporting.
