A Day in the Life

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Upload and maintain rebate agreements in SAP/Vistex, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Review and validate accounting documents generated from rebate agreements to ensure proper financial posting.
- Support issue resolution by identifying errors, analyzing root causes, and escalating when needed.
- Collaborate with Contracting, Finance, and Sales teams to align on agreement requirements and resolve discrepancies.




- Document procedures and updates to support process consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to team metrics by meeting SLA and accuracy targets.
- Support audits and compliance activities by maintaining accurate records of agreement uploads.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy in Agreement Maintenance.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Supervisor on progress, challenges, and risks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work in-office one day per week.
- Must be able to work outside of standard business hours on occasion.
- Advanced English level.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or related field.

JOB EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, or an advanced degree without a specified number of years of experience.
