The Job:

Our Latin America Group (LAG) is looking for a motivated, analytical, and business-oriented Category Product Expert to support the execution of the product and category strategy for Power Tools and Accessories in the Latin America region. This position will help drive profitable growth and improve performance across online and offline channels by collaborating with regional management, country marketing, sales, brand, digital, and eCommerce teams.

You’ll get to:





Work alongside the regional Category Manager on the execution of categories, and product portfolio strategies in conjunction with Local marketing, Brand, Digital, Sales, and eCommerce teams.
Coordinate New Product Innovation (NPIs) Launch Plans and cross-functional implementation, including transitions, forecasting, support materials, launch execution and performance analysis.
Conduct market intelligence efforts, understanding distribution channels, competitive benchmarking, consumers and shoppers’ behavior and unmet customer needs, generating actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned product categories, including product features, applications, customer use cases, and competitive differentiation.
