Position Summary
As a Video Game Designer (AI-First), you’ll play a central role in shaping the creative vision, gameplay systems, progression, and player experience across multiple game projects. You’ll contribute throughout the full development lifecycle, from early concept ideation and prototyping through launch and live operations.
This role combines strong systems thinking, player-focused design, technical collaboration, and an AI-first mindset. You’ll work closely with engineering, art, audio, and production teams while leveraging AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies to accelerate creativity, iteration,



and game development workflows.

What You’ll Do
Design core gameplay systems, mechanics, progression loops, economies, and content structures.
Create and maintain game design documentation, including GDDs, system specifications, balancing frameworks, UX flows, and content matrices.
Design onboarding experiences, retention systems, meta loops, and long-term player engagement strategies.
Rapidly prototype gameplay concepts through paper, digital, or game-engine workflows to validate and refine ideas.
Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, implementation requirements, and project scope.
Work closely with art and audio teams to ensure creative direction supports the overall gameplay experience.
Plan, conduct, and analyze playtests to gather player feedback and behavioral insights.
