Paired is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing direct-response marketing agency that works with DTC brands across the supplements, functional beverage, health, and consumer wellness industries.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of the performance and overall health of multiple Amazon accounts. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role—not a coordinator position.
You will independently manage Amazon advertising, resolve Seller Central and account health issues, analyze marketplace performance, and lead recurring client calls. The idóneo candidate is a self-directed Amazon operator who can develop strategies, execute them, and clearly defend their decisions.
What You’ll DoAmazon PPC & Advertising
Build, manage, and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Own budgets, bids, keyword harvesting, negation, and placement optimization.
Manage campaigns at scale using Amazon bulk files and bulk sheets.
Develop structured testing strategies based on clear hypotheses.




Monitor advertising performance against growth and efficiency targets.
Account Health & Compliance
Diagnose and resolve listing suppressions, variation issues, detail page errors, policy warnings, and inventory or fulfillment flags.
Manage Seller Central cases from initial submission through resolution.
Escalate unresolved cases through the appropriate Amazon support channels.
Manage Brand Registry, brand protection tools, infringement reports, and listing violations.
Analysis & Reporting
Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research using Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
Identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable strategies.
Clearly explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be taken next.
Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, listing copy, and reporting workflows.
Client Management
Lead weekly or biweekly client calls.
