Role Description The ? Lideres de Equipo Thermomix®? role at Smarture SAS – Thermomix Colombia is a full-time, on-site position based in Bogota, D.C. Team Leaders are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coaching Thermomix® consultants,



guiding them to achieve sales targets and develop sustainable, purpose-driven businesses. Day-to-day activities include organizing and leading product demonstrations, training sessions, and team meetings, as well as providing continuous mentoring and performance feedback. The role involves monitoring team results, implementing local sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service. Team Leaders also collaborate with company leadership to align team strategies with business goals, nurture a positive, inclusive culture, and represent the Thermomix® brand at events and community activities.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance follow-up.
Sales and customer relationship skills, with experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing.
