What you’ll do
As our Design Lead, you won’t just be "reviewing drawings"—you will be the strategic anchor for our integral operations in Bogotá. You will:
Own the Portfolio: Lead and orchestrate 2 to 6 high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring they move seamlessly through every design phase from concept to final delivery.
Be the Bridge: Act as the key technical partner for major US-based industrial and corporate accounts. You ensure their vision is translated into architectural excellence and high-standard construction.
Solve the Unsolvable: Dive deep into sketches and technical drawings to identify roadblocks before they happen. You’ll be the go-to person for our engineering teams, ensuring design and structural integrity work in perfect harmony.
