Role Description The Project Manager role at License & Scale is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion. In this role, the Project Manager will plan project scope and timelines, coordinate tasks and resources, and manage communication between internal teams, expeditors, inspectors, and client stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include tracking project milestones, identifying and resolving risks or delays,



ensuring timely expediting of materials and documentation, and aligning logistics to meet project schedules. The Project Manager will also maintain detailed project documentation, prepare status reports, support quality and inspection processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
