About the position
Sinergia Animal is seeking a Corporate Engagement Lead - Colombia to be responsible for generating and maintaining contact with companies in Colombia, in order to negotiate corporate policies that reduce the suffering of animals in the food industry. Our focus is ending intensive confinement practices, especially for hens.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Researching and building a database of food and retail companies’ profiles, policies, and key contacts;
Researching and developing support materials about our animal welfare asks;
Hosting corporate meetings and preparing presentations for different stakeholders, including executives, directors, and producers, with the goal of persuading companies to adopt animal welfare policies in their supply chains;
