This position is 100% onsite in Medellín, Colombia, five days per week. There is no remote or hybrid option.
We welcome applications from both local candidates and those considering a move to Medellín. If you're joining us from another city, you'll need to arrange and fund your own relocation and be based in Medellín before your start date. While we don't offer relocation assistance, moving expenses, temporary housing, or travel allowances, we'll do our best to provide clear timelines throughout the hiring process so you have time to plan accordingly.
Compensation: $2,000 to $3,000 USD/month

Our Concierge SDRs Don't Sell. They Guide.
This is a consultative SDR/BDR role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings for our U.S. sales team.

We're not looking for high-pressure sales tactics or transactional outreach.



We're looking for someone who builds trust, recognizes buying signals, and creates opportunities through thoughtful follow-up and genuine conversations.

Think of it as being a great concierge: someone who pays attention, remembers what matters, and shows up with the right message at the right time.

You'll work directly with U.S.-based business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers every day, by phone, so advanced English communication (C1 or higher) is essential.
