Role Description The Real Estate Cold Caller is a full-time remote role responsible for contacting prospective sellers, buyers, and investors to generate qualified leads for real estate clients. Daily tasks include making outbound calls from targeted lists, following scripts and guidelines,



and asking qualifying questions to identify motivated prospects. The role involves accurately recording call outcomes, updating CRM or spreadsheets, and scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team. The Real Estate Cold Caller will collaborate with supervisors and client teams to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and meet or exceed call volume and conversion targets. This position requires consistent availability during assigned working hours, reliable internet connectivity, and a professional, results-driven approach.

Qualifications
Strong communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional phone presence.
Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales development, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Ability to follow scripts while adapting to different prospect personalities and situations.
