We are looking for a Senior Billing Specialist who will be responsible for executing and overseeing complex billing processes across the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This position will play a key role in transaction analysis, financial reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and financial close activities, collaborating with different areas of the business to ensure a strong financial experience aligned with quality standards. What you will do:




Manage complex billing processes and activities across the full Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established service-level agreements.
Analyze financial transactions, perform reconciliations, and validate critical information to ensure data integrity and operational quality.
Investigate billing discrepancies, identify root causes, and lead the implementation of solutions to minimize recurrence.
Actively participate in financial close activities, internal controls, and audit processes, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve controls, and contribute to financial automation and transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements
Solid experience managing Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, with knowledge of the full billing cycle, operational controls, and SLA comp
