NeoWork is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support partners through the listing process and ensure a smooth experience from onboarding through post-sale support. This role combines customer support, listing quality assurance, administrative tasks, and AI implementation.
Responsibilities
Guide partners through the onboarding process and help them complete their listings accurately and efficiently.
Review and perform listing QA to ensure all details, content, and information meet quality standards.
Assist partners with listing details, updates, corrections, and other platform-related needs.
Provide after-sales support and respond to partner questions or concerns through email, chat, and other communication channels.
Follow up with partners to ensure outstanding onboarding or listing requirements are completed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of partner interactions and listing status.
Identify issues or gaps in listings and proactively work with partners to resolve them.
Build and configure AI chatbots as part of the onboarding and customer support process.
Help improve onboarding workflows and processes to create a smoother partner experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner and listing-related issues
Requirements
Experience in customer support, onboarding, account management, or administrative operations
Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and managing listing information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with chat, email, and CRM/platform tools.
Ability to manage multiple partner requests and follow-ups while staying organized
Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Self-motivated and results-driven
Owned computer or laptop and have stable internet connectivity
Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to custom
