What will your responsibilities be?
• Drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization of Security solutions for customer accounts.
• Lead the deployment and troubleshooting of core security technologies
• Create, review, and approve key technical project deliverables, such as High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), and Implementation/Change Management Plans.
• Build customer simulations and test lab environments to resolve highly complex technical problems and compatibility issues.
• Collaborate with presales and account teams to translate business requirements into robust security architecture solutions.
Requirements:
• Location: Colombia.
• Academic background: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent work experience
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in implementing and troubleshooting security solutions across Enterprise and Service Provider environments.
• Technical knowledge:
Deep technical expertise in Network Access Control (Identity Services Engine), VPN, Network segmentation (Firewalls Cisco ISE, ASA, Next Gen FW, Cisco NG IPS), Advanced Threat Response, Content Security (WSA, ESA), Cloud Security (Umbrella, Cloudlock), Secure Workload, Secure Network Analytics (SNA)
CCNP Security is a plus.
Languages: B2 English level or higher
