We are actively looking for a Business Strategy Lead to join our Bogota office. As part of the Corporate Business Development Team, the Business Strategy Lead evaluates and manages strategic business development opportunities across Spanish-speaking Latin America, driving sustainable growth aligned with Moffatt & Nichol's corporate objectives. This role builds and strengthens long-term relationships with clients, strategic partners, government agencies, and industry stakeholders while working collaboratively with local leadership teams in Colombia, Chile, Panama, and other regional offices. They identify market trends, client investment strategies, and competitive positioning to develop growth initiatives that leverage the firm's regional and global capabilities.
