We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help us build and scale our products.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real technical problems, taking ownership, and working closely with a small, experienced engineering team.
A key part of this role will be working with AI-powered applications, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. We’re looking for someone with real hands-on experience building or integrating these technologies into production applications.
Experience working with healthcare platforms or EHR/EMR integrations is also highly relevant. Experience with athenaOne / athenahealth APIs is preferred, but experience with comparable platforms is valuable as well.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain production-grade full-stack applications.
Develop new features and product improvements from concept through deployment.
Design and integrate APIs and third-party services.
Build and integrate AI agents and agentic workflows.
Build or integrate MCP servers and connect AI agents to external tools, APIs, databases, and services.
Work closely with the Technical Lead and engineering team on technical solutions and implementation.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Take ownership of your work and communicate progress, blockers, and technical risks proactively.
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js and Node.js.
Experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
Strong experience with REST APIs, backend development, and third-party API integrations.
Hands-on professional experience building or integrating AI agents / agentic workflows.
Experience with LLM-powered applications, tool calling, and AI integra
