What we’re looking for:
First + foremost: This person must be located in Colombia, be fluent in English at a level C1 or higher, and be comfortable working a remote position with high communication expectations
Must be able to work 9:00a - 5:00p (Central Standard Time)
Can commit to this position being your only full-time employment
Have a four-year degree (any major)
At least 1 year of technical SEO experience, 2 is preferred (not copywriting)
Familiarity with Google Analytics & Ahrefs
Have an analytical mind and enjoy working with numbers and interpreting data
Previous professional working experience, especially with an agency, is a bonus but not a requirement

What you’ll be doing:
Perform keyword research
Setup content calendars
Perform status checks on SEO accounts
Perform content optimization
Create internal linking
Perform site audit fixes
Complete technical tasks assigned by SEO Strategists
Work closely with our in-house SEO Strategists to understand account performance
Participate in daily stand-up meetings to show progress on your work as well as Monday morning team L10 meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your direct supervisor (with your camera on)
Track your work and deadlines in Teamwork and communicate in Slack
