IMSOLD Agency is the agency arm of an AI-first venture studio. We don't run campaigns for clients and
hand over a report- we build and operate brands end-to-end: research, creative, funnels, media
buying, tech, and the teams that run them. Our portfolio spans health, wellness, B2B software, and
real estate across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
This role sits on our Dubai real estate lead-generation account, a fast-moving operation
connecting property owners and investors with licensed Dubai real estate professionals.

About the Role
You orchestrate the complete marketing flow of the brand, from verified research foundations to a
running content calendar, then hand off to production, which runs on our proprietary operations
platform.
You do not produce the work. Specialist teams handle research, copywriting, design, video, publishing,
and legal review. Your job is rarer: to see the whole machine, verify that every input exists and is
sound before work starts, spot the missing dependency before it breaks something downstream, and
keep a dozen specialists in time.



Six verbs describe the day-to-day: verify → chase → assemble →
agree → build → hand off.

What you'll do
Verify the brand's marketing foundations — market and competitor research, audience definitions,
messaging inputs, legal constraints — and trigger the right specialist team when a layer is missing or below the bar
Assemble all verified inputs into one content plan for the brand
Agree the content rhythm — channels, campaign mix, volume — directly with the brand's leadership
Build the content calendar so that every slot has its creative, caption, call-to-action, and a destination that actually exists
Hand off cleanly to production and keep the machine flowing: chase blockers, reconcile numbers, route every creative through compliance review before launch
Quality-control what comes back: catch contradictions, impossible numbers, and unsourced claims before they reach anyone downstream
