About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Dispatcher to support the daily operations of an Amazon Delivery Service Partner.
This role will support drivers and the operations team, help monitor daily activities, communicate important information, and assist with operational issues throughout the day.
The Dispatcher will be an important part of the daily operation and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
Responsibilities may vary depending on operational needs and may evolve as the dispatch team and internal processes are further developed.
What You’ll Do
Support daily delivery operations and help ensure the operation runs smoothly.
Communicate with drivers and provide support throughout the day.
Monitor daily operational activities and identify issues that require attention.
Follow established processes, procedures, and escalation paths.
Communicate important information to the appropriate members of the operations team.
Assist with coordination related to drivers, routes, vehicles, packages, and other operational needs.
Help document and follow up on operational issues.
Complete administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Work closely with other dispatchers and members of the operations team.
