The Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for paid advertising channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant upcoming channels) that drive our B2B growth in our mission to help people live longer, healthier lives.



You will strengthen our paid marketing team with your deep expertise in paid ads channels and your ability to think analytically and creatively.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign ownership. You will oversee a multi-million euro annual paid media budget across multiple markets, products and customer segments, while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this role will be driven primarily by your ability to develop strategy, work full-funnel, solve complex performance challenges, and execute at a high level.
