What you will do
You will lead the team of Sourcing Professionals, lead complex RFPs and manage supplier negotiations, and collaborate with key stakeholders and across departments to achieve business objectives- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Sourcing team executing end to end Sourcing process for South Europe cluster, in different categories. You will oversee and optimize daily operations of the sourcing team, ensure optimal resource allocation, prioritize projects to drive maximum value.
- Set clear departmental objectives in collaboration with senior management and communicate these effectively to the team, providing regular updates and escalation reports to management.
- Accountable to deliver defined savings and service targets for your team.
- Assess change needs, impact, and stakeholder management activities and support change management integration activities & compliance improvement education.
