The Organic Search (SEO & GEO) team is seeking an specialist to support the Digital Experience Performance team (DXP). This role is responsible for managing and optimizing restaurant location data across key publisher platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance while driving discoverability and engagement at the local level. The specialist will serve as a key partner in advancing local search initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the execution of Inspire's location listings strategy across multiple brands.

Responsibilities
- Own the management and optimization of restaurant location listings across major publisher platforms, including Google, Apple, Bing, and other directories, ensuring data accuracy and consistency at scale.- Monitor, audit, and maintain location-level attributes,



identifying and resolving data quality issues that impact local search visibility and customer experience.
- Manage data integrity within platforms such as Yext and Inspire's multi-brand digital ecosystem, proactively troubleshooting discrepancies and driving issue resolution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Analytics, SaaS partners, and the broader Organic Search team to support business initiatives and improve local search performance.
- Analyze listings health, publisher performance, and location data trends to identify optimization opportunities and recommend action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by evaluating processes, workflows, and governance practices related to listings management.
- Support enhancements to local listings strategy, including publisher expansion, data enrichment initiatives, review management programs, and emerging local search opportunities.
