Position Responsibiltiies:
- Provide end-to-end coordination support for multiple concurrent enterprise projects across IT and non-IT domains, partnering with Project Managers to drive timely delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and improve project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting across the ePMO portfolio.
- Facilitate project meetings,



including sprint reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder updates; prepare materials and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and issues and escalating to Project Managers as needed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for project teams on day-to-day coordination needs, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Manage and maintain project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) for accuracy, including configuration of workflows, dashboards, and reporting views.
- Assist in the development of executive-facing project status updates, presentations, and reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ePMO processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
