Responsibilities
- Manage interpreter onboarding from recruiter handoff through activation.
- Review onboarding documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate assessments, background screenings, training assignments, and profile setup activities.
- Partner with Recruiting, Compliance, Operations, and Quality teams to support interpreter growth and activation goals.

Requirements:




- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, credentialing, workforce management, or related operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred
- Experience onboarding interpreters, translators, or other credentialed professionals.
- Experience in the language services, interpretation, localization, healthcare, staffing, or contractor management industry.
- Knowledge of interpreter certifications, credential verification, and compliance processes.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
