About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment,



they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for an innovative and driven Head of Compliance to join the second line of defence.

You'll be providing oversight over regulatory compliance matters, including those related to financial crime (AML, CTF, sanctions, and fraud), to maintain our desired integral standards of control effectiveness and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Providing effective oversight of 1LoD FinCrime, and collaborating closely with 2LoD regional and local MLRO teams on financial crime matters
- Maintaining and updating regulatory compliance policies, and supporting the MLRO team in maintaining financial crime policies
- Advising on the identification, remediation, and resolution of regulatory and financial crime-related risk incid
