The Role
The Title Marketing Manager role is first and foremost a creative leader who will develop inspiring and thought-provoking campaigns to generate conversation around our films and series.
This person should be able to generate a deep understanding of the content, its audience, and our media landscape and, most importantly, identify how it intersects with Colombian culture.
The role needs someone with sharp creative judgment who will help our team and partners identify, select, and flesh out effective ideas that impact culture and our brand. We aspire to best-in-class execution and deployment of our campaigns, and the ability to balance strategy and execution is key to success.
We work in a fast-paced environment and launch dozens of campaigns per year.
This means this person should be able to manage various creative projects simultaneously and make fast decisions to meet very demanding deadlines. At the end of a campaign, there’s always another creative challenge right around the corner.
Collaboration is essential in this role. This person will constantly need to balance the perspectives of our PR, Content, and Social Media partners to build strong synergies, find common ground, and align on the right way to bring our titles to market.
