The Director of Software Engineering will lead the product development organization for ADS / Alias platform, responsible for building, scaling, and evolving mission-critical payment products and platform capabilities on GCP. This role will drive end-to-end engineering execution across product development, cloud-native services, release engineering, and production reliability, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Operations to deliver scalable, secure,



and high-quality solutions in a complex payments environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional engineering organization responsible for the YP ADS / Alias platform on GCP.
- Drive GenAI-first engineering practices to improve software development, testing, troubleshooting, release efficiency, and operational workflows.
- Deliver scalable, secure, and highly reliable distributed systems that support business, client, and regulatory needs.
- Drive engineering execution across product delivery, production reliability, release readiness, and operational excellence.
- Advance modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automation, observability, feature flags, and safe production rollouts.
- Partner across Product, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions with strong execution predictability.
