At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), we are looking for a Regional Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and support critical applications and infrastructure across the LATAM.

? Location & Work Model
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Work Model: Remote within Colombia
Employment Type: Permanent (Indefinite-Term Contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional availability (1 to 2 times per month) to support critical incidents or scheduled activities.

? Your Mission
Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of critical business applications while collaborating with development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive a culture of reliability, automation, and technical excellence.

✅ Requirements
English level: B2 to C1.
8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Application Support Engineering, or related roles.
Strong experience in application and server troubleshooting,



root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with:
PowerShell and Python
.NET application development and debugging
Windows Server and IIS administration
Microsoft Azure Cloud
Observability and monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Azure Insights, Splunk, ELK Stack, and OpenTelemetry
Experience managing critical incidents and applying reliability practices such as SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and general teams.

⭐ Nice to Have
Active Directory and Azure AD experience.
Experience working in highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of Chaos Engineering, resilience testing, and performance tuning.
Experience supporting both application-level and infrastructure-level SRE functions.
