A Day in the Life
As Training & Education Leader in the Dermatological Beauty division, you will be leading, designing, and executing the educational strategy for Central America and Andean Region. Your mission will be to inspire and train our diverse audiences across multiple countries, ensuring flawless execution that drives the business and strengthens our relationship with healthcare professionals and consumers throughout the region.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
Lead the Regional Educational Strategy: You will develop and adapt innovative training programs for the region's different markets and channels, ensuring alignment with general objectives and local needs.
Create and Implement Impactful Content: You will design engaging and effective training materials, ensuring their cultural relevance for each market,
to communicate the science behind our brands like La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy.
Develop Teams at a Regional Level: You will drive the growth of competencies for the sales force and other teams through training, coaching, and follow-up, both remotely and in person.
Manage Regional Projects and Events: You will organize and lead regional training seminars, workshops, and events, managing logistics, speakers, and budgets to guarantee a high-impact experience.

We are looking for a professional with a strategic vision and proven experience in educating and training business and commercial teams, ideally in the pharmaceutical, retail, luxury, or similar industries.
