The Role:
We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Assistant to support day-to-day sales administration, marketing coordination, CRM management, lead follow-up, and operational workflows. You’ll play a key role in keeping sales and marketing activities organized, maintaining accurate CRM data, supporting campaigns, and helping the team build efficient and scalable processes through technology and AI-enabled workflows.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Schedule:



Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST ( 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Colombian Time).
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Salary: COP 5.200.000

Requirements:
Education: A degree or technical/professional studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in virtual assistance, sales support, marketing coordination, business operations, or a related role.
Skills: Strong English communication, CRM management, lead follow-up, data organization, reporting, marketing coordination, and proficiency with digital and AI tools.
Characteristics: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, independent, with strong ownership, judgment, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
