Afternoons ET. Part time to start, path to full time.
We run a small creative studio in NYC. We build brands and marketing for commercial real estate firms, we run Difinery, a sustainable fine jewelry brand, and we are launching an AI platform for real estate. One tight team. You will work directly with the people making decisions. We need someone to own the afternoons and grow with us.

The work
Email and client comms from early afternoon through end of day. You catch what others miss before it goes out: the wrong file, the typo, the broken margin. Quality check everything.
You keep our ecommerce side moving. Product pages, email flows, campaign scheduling, checking that what shipped is what was approved. You are not the designer. You are the person making sure the designers ship the right thing on time.
You look at the numbers and tell us what they say. Open rates, traffic, conversion, what a campaign actually did versus what we hoped it would do. We do not need someone who makes it pretty. We need someone who knows whether it worked.

When something is unclear or a client is unhappy, your instinct is to call, not to write a careful email. Most misunderstandings die in five minutes on a call and grow for a week in a thread. If you would rather write it out, this is not the role.
Marketing experience on the operations and analytics side, not the creative side. If your instinct when you see a campaign is to ask what it converted, we want to talk.
Ecommerce background. Shopify, Klaviyo, or equivalent. You have run a store or supported one.
Detail obsessed to the point of being annoying about it.
Comfortable with AI tools. We are not going to teach you the basics.
Strong spoken and written English. You will be talking to US clients directly.

The setup
Afternoons on New York time. Remote. Daily check-ins. You report to the founder.Paid in USD, monthly, on a contractor agreement.
