Our Servers are at the heart of the Market Grille dining experience, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while delivering excellent food and beverage service to every guest. In this role, you'll take orders, serve meals, prepare drinks, and make sure every customer leaves satisfied.

What You'll Do

No two shifts are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:
- Greet guests with a smile, learn their names, and create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they are seated
- Present menus to guests, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations upon request
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, memorize or enter orders into the computer system for transmittal to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required
- Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for guests and chill bottles of wine as needed
- Check with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and take action to correct any issues
- Verify guest identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for the consumption of alcoholic beverages
