The Senior Training Specialist position supports internal training related to Privacy & Compliance by developing, managing, and delivering high-quality content across multiple channels. In this role, you will consult with leaders, employees, Privacy & Compliance colleagues, and training and education peers to recommend solutions for risk-based employee training options based on specific needs and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:




- Understand the current training and communication environment and tools and identify gaps or new areas and determine appropriate methods and format for delivery of training.
- Create and develop targeted training content to support the Privacy & Complianc e strategic plan for employee training on related policies, procedures and key risk areas.
- Develop in-depth understanding of Privacy & Compliance website resources.
- Act as a positive and professional resource for teammates and business partners.
- Model a culture of ethics and integrity.

Required knowledge and experience:
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. - 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
