We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a leading Real Estate Fund based in Bogotá, Colombia.

We are looking for a highly autonomous professional capable of leading complex analyses, building advanced financial models, and providing investment recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements:
Experience in Investment Banking, either within a bank or an investment banking boutique.
Experience in real estate funds, construction companies, real estate developers, or other real estate-related organizations.




4 to 6 years of experience developing complex financial models and evaluating investment opportunities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
Advanced English proficiency.
